Foreign Affairs Committee Rules of procedure (excerpt):
2. The Foreign Affairs Committee, as one of the specialized bodies of the National Assembly, participates in defining and assists the implementation of the foreign policy of the Republic of Bulgaria.
3. The Foreign Affairs Committee scrutinizes drafted laws and decisions, declarations and addresses, distributed to it by the Speaker of the Assembly, prepares reports, formulates proposals, and positions, in accordance with the Rules for organization and procedure of the National Assembly
