Republic of Bulgaria and the UN Organization for Education, Science and
Culture (UNESCO) with regards to the establishment in Sofia (R. of
Bulgaria) of a Regional Center for Preservation of Intangible Cultural
Heritage in Southeast Europe under the auspices of UNESCO (category II)
