Parliament adopted a resolution on personnel changes in the Council of Ministers

At its plenary sitting on 21 December 2006, the National Assembly relieved Meglena Kuneva from her responsibilities as Minister of European Affairs in connection with her election as European Commission member as of January 1, 2007.
The National Assembly also discontinued Kuneva's powers as Member of Parliament, as well as the powers of Alexander Arabadjiev MP who was elected judge at the Court of Justice of the European Communities and will take his new post on January 1, 2007.
The National Assembly adopted the Chamber of Builders Act.
