The Chinese Ministry of Economy is developing a new investment programme where Bulgaria is considered as a priority, the newly appointed Ambassador of China H.E. Xie Hanjsheng stated during his meeting with the leadership of the Parliamentary Group for Friendship with China. The guest accentuated on his country’s ambition to invest abroad, rather then just attract foreign investments. In his view, Bulgaria has great potential to attract foreign investments.

Mr. Petko Ganchev, Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Group for Friendship with China, laid down three priorities for the development of the bilateral relations – economic co-operation, education and scientific exchange.

Mr. Nikola Nikolov, Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Economic Policy Committee, underlined that the Bulgarian-Chinese economic co-operation must be intensified.
