At its plenary sitting on 16 May 2007, the National Assembly adopted:
1. AMENDING ACT TO THE TOURISM ACT.
2. RESOLUTION ALLOWING NEGOTIATIONS ON AND THE CONCLUSION OF LOAN AGREEMENT (ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE REHABILITATION PROJECT)
BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA AND THE INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT.
3. AMENDING ACT TO THE PROMOTION OF INVESTMENTS ACT.
4. PROVISIONS OF THE HUMAN MEDICINAL PRODUCTS BILL - at second reading.
The Parliament also discussed a draft resolution allowing the conclusion of finance contract between the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Investment Bank (Bulgaria – Transit Roads V Project). The voting of the resolution will be carried out on 17 May 2007.
