At its plenary sitting on 1 June 2007, the National Assembly adopted:

1. BULGARIAN BLACK SEA COAST SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT.
It will enter into force on 1 January 2007.

2. AMENDING ACT TO THE CIVIL REGISTRATION ACT.

The National Assembly did not grant permission on instituting criminal prosecution against the Member of the 40th National Assembly Toma Tomov.
