Elitsa Todorova and Stoyan Yankoulov were special guests at the National Assembly on 8 June 2007, at the invitation of the Environment and Water Committee.

The Bulgarian percussion duet and their song "Water" brought to Bulgaria fifth place on the final of the prestigious Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki.

The two musicians were welcomed and applauded in the plenary hall. Later on, they met MPs, journalists and guests at the MP's Club of the National Assembly and were addressed by National Assembly Chairman Georgi Pirinski, who defined their success as unique.
