Topical problems of constitutional development and public political practices will be discussed by parliamentarians, constitutionalists, politicians and public figures in Parliament

A discussion on the Constitution and public interest in the context of EU membership will take place in Parliament, "Iztok" Hall, on 11 July 2007, Wednesday, at 2 p.m.
The traditional forum, marking the anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria on 12 July 1991, is organised by the presiding body of the 40th National Assembly, the Constitutionalism and Democracy Association and the Bulgarian Association on Political Sciences.
The forum will be opened by National Assembly Chairman Georgi Pirinski.
