At its plenary sitting on 17 October 2007, the National Assembly considered:

1. AMENDING BILLS TO THE HEALTH INSURANCE ACT - at first reading.

2. RECOGNITION OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS BILL - at first reading.

3. AMENDING BILL TO THE PENAL CODE - at second reading.

4. AMENDING BILL TO THE OBLIGATIONS AND CONTRACTS ACT - at second reading.

At the same sitting, Andrey Batashov took the oath as Member of Parliament replacing Anelia Mingova, who was elected Member of the Supreme Judicial Council.
