Ad-Hoc Committee on Amendments in the Constitution

The National Assembly voted to establish an ad-hoc committee on drafting motions for amendments in the Constitution of Republic of Bulgaria with three months term of activity.
Today the Parliament decided a pension for special merits of BGL 186.56 to be granted to Mr. Emil Dimitrov.
The National Assembly adopted Resolution on Allowing a Loan Agreement (Revenue Administration Reform Project) between Republic of Bulgaria and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development to be concluded by the Council of Ministers.
The Parliament allowed a Guarantee Agreement between Republic of Bulgaria and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the Loan Agreement between Toplofikacia Sofia and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (District Heating Project – Sofia) to be negotiated and concluded.
It also allowed a Guarantee Agreement between Republic of Bulgaria and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the Loan Agreement between Toplofikacia Pernik and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (District Heating Project) to be negotiated and concluded.
