The National Assembly Chairman Georgi Pirinski sends a condolence letter to the President of the State Assembly of Republic of Slovenia, Frantce Cukiaty on the occasion of former President of Slovenia Yanez Durnovshek's death

The condolence letter states:
"Please accept on my personal behalf and on behalf of the members of the 40th National Assembly of Republic of Bulgaria our deepest condolences on the occasion of former President of Slovenia, the great politician and statesman Yanez Durnovshek.
A person with a brilliant presence in the political life of the country, he has an extremely valuable contribution in the contemporary development of Republic of Slovenia. As a persuaded democrat he won the trust of the European and International democratic Community.
I am covinced that the slovenian people will always remember with a deep recognition his decisive role for the accession of the Country in the Europen Union and NATO, for his dedicated and wise statesmanship.
