The Government proposal approved by Parliament on second reading, suggests the state educational standards for high school graduation in literary Bulgarian language instead of being defined in a separate ordinance of the Ministry of education to be inserted into a new ministerial ordinance covering the educational requirements for all subjects .The tentative examinations’ materials for graduation and for the pilot graduation exams will be approved by an order of the Minister of Education and published on its official web page at least 6 months before the exams.

Parliament adopted the amendments in the Civil Procedure Code. The changes stipulate that claims submitted to first instance courts, before the new Code entered into force shall be processed in conformity to the old one, before first instance and appellate courts.
