Georgi Pirinski sent condolences to the Standing Committee’s Chairman of the National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China, Wu Banggou, in relation to the devastating earthquake in Chinese Sichuan Province

“I followed with great sorrow and sincere compassion the sad news about the devastating earthquake that shattered the southwest Chinese province Sichuan, causing the death of more than 10 000 people and injuring and leaving homeless many more Chinese. We are deeply grieved by this, caused by natural disaster, tragedy.

Please accept my condolences and compassion and that of the 40th National Assembly representatives from Bulgaria, towards the families and relatives of the victims, towards you and all members of the National People’s Congress of China” – states the address.
