The Act on Settlement of Some Rights of Former Presidents of the Republic of Bulgaria was adopted.

Today the National Assembly adopted at second reading the Act on Settlement of Some Rights of Former Presidents of the Republic of Bulgaria. The bill was submitted by the Council of Ministers on 16.01.2003 and adopted at first reading on 6.03.2003.
Parliament ratified the Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA).
The Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of the Russian Federation to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of the Russian Federation on Mutual Encouragement and Protection of Investment was also ratified today.
Parliament ratified the Memorandum of Understanding between the European Community and the Republic of Bulgaria on Bulgaria’s Participation in Community Incentive Measures in the Field of Employment.
MPs adopted Resolution Allowing Negotiations on and the Conclusion of Amendment No 1 to the Finance Contract between European Investment Bank and Republic of Bulgaria (Bulgaria – Transit Roads III Project).
