National Assembly Chairman Greets Sofia Residents on their City’s Day

National Assembly Chairman Georgi Pirinski has sent greeting letters to Sofia Mayor Boyko Borisov and to the Vice President of Sofia Municipal Council Andrey Ivanov. In the letter, Georgi Pirinski extends his wishes for good health, prosperity, peace and safety to all residents of the capital.
“It the last 130 years the city of Sofia has become the focal point of the political, economic and spiritual life for all Bulgarians with entrepreneurial spirit seeking better opportunities” states Georgi Pirinski.
In his letter, the speaker of parliament shares his understanding that the capital city needs a responsible and thoughtful developmental policy, supported by state institutions and the whole society in order to face successfully the new challenges of its modernization.
