National Assembly President Tsetska Tsacheva congratulates the Ireland’s Speaker of Parliament John O'Donahyu on the occasion of the Irish people’s positive vote on the Treaty of Lisbon

National Assembly President Tsetska Tsacheva send on October 5, 2009 congratulatory letter to the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the National Parliament of Ireland John O'Donahyu in connection with the Irish people’s positive vote over the Treaty of Lisbon.
The explicit affirmative vote is giving new impetus to our common efforts to build a stronger, cohesive and united European Union, wrote in her letter the President of the Bulgarian Parliament. The vote represents a convincing response to the recent challenges facing the Union and the increased expectations of citizens, added Tsetska Tsacheva.
National Assembly President congratulates John O'Donahyu for his personal, consistent and committed efforts to succeed in this cause and extends on her behalf and on behalf of the Deputies of the 41st National Assembly most sincere wishes to the members of the House of Representatives of the National Parliament of Ireland.
