By tradition, this year again the National Assembly of Bulgaria and foundation "Adra" brought much joy and smiles to hundreds of disadvantaged children. The charity campaign was held under the patronage of the President of the 41st National Assembly Tsetska Tsacheva.

Over 700 Christmas gift packages, provided by Austrian children, under an international project called “Children giving to children " of the Children's Foundation, were distributed in various orphanages in the town of Pleven and other locations in the region.

The Speaker of Parliament had sent personalized wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to the children in the homes.

The charity events were accompanied with performances and exhibition of children’s drawings.
