National Assembly adopted a resolution on changes to the Cabinet and appointed Nikolai Mladenov as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Anyu Angelov as Minister of Defence

The National Assembly passed the resolution on the personnel changes in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria at its meeting on January 27, 2010. The resolution was adopted with 127 votes for, 69 against, without any abstentions. Nikolay Mladenov was nominated for Minister of Foreign Affairs, Anyu Angelov Minister of Defense. The newly elected ministers were sworn in.
