Parliament Speaker Tsetska Tsacheva has sent condolence letters to the chairmen of the Russian Federation’s Federation Council of the Federal Assembly and of the State Duma Sergei Mironov and Boris Gryzlov in connection with the terrorist attacks in Moscow

National Assembly Chair Tsetska Tsacheva has sent March 29, 2010, condolence letters to the President of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation’s Federal Assembly Sergei Mironov and to the Chairman of the State Duma Boris Gryzlov in connection with the terrorist attacks in the Moscow subway .
The letters read as follows:
"I am deeply grieved by the news of the terrorist attacks in the Moscow’s metro, which destroyed dozens of lives and injured many innocent civilians. Please accept the assurances of my deepest condolences over the tragedy that dashed in grief all Russia, to you, as well as to the members of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and to the families and relatives of the deceased. "
In the condolences to her Russian colleagues, Tsetska Tsacheva extends hers and those of her colleagues, the lawmakers of the 41st National Assembly and the people of Bulgaria, most sincere feelings of friendship, sympathy and solidarity.
"I strongly condemn this bloody terrorist act which is also an attack on democracy and modern civilization. There can’t be any justification for such actions against innocent lives ", states the President of the National Assembly.
