The National Assembly has accepted the Annual Summary Report on the implementation of the Judicial System Act and the work of the courts in 2009

The National Assembly has held discussions on the report and has accepted it during the plenary meeting, dated September 17, 2010. The report contains a recommendation concerning the training of magistrates in some regional courts, pointing to the lower quality of their judicial acts. On its part the National Assembly called for continued efforts of the judicial system for the provision of quality justice within reasonable time frames and urged an improvement of the internal system in order to reduce and redistribute the workload of judges in the different courts.
