December 2, 2010 Parliament adopted at second reading the 2011 State Budget Act of the Republic of Bulgaria, after spending more than 14 hours on the debate. Revenues in the state budget amount to 16,076,047,300 leva and the expenditures to 18,236,787,600 leva. The budget balance is negative - minus 2,160,740,300 leva. The deficit for next year is estimated at 2,160,000, 000 leva and the minimum fiscal reserves at 4, 5 B leva.
