In the aftermath of the terrorist attack at Moscow’s airport Domodedovo, the head of the National Assembly Tsetska Tsacheva has sent January 25, 2011 condolatory addresses to the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation’s Federal Assembly Sergey Mironov and to the Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Boris Gryzlov.
"I am deeply shocked and outraged by the terrorist attack at the Domodedovo airport, which caused dozens of casualties and many injured. The killing of innocent people, including a Bulgarian citizen, has shaken everyone”, Tsetska Tsacheva writes in her condolence letters.
National Assembly President expresses the grief of all members of the Bulgarian parliament.
"We share the pain of the friendly Russian people and the anguish of the families of the victims. In this difficult time we extend our friendship and solidarity ", continues further the condolence message.
"Bulgaria condemns strongly and decisively this barbarian terrorist assault, considering it as a vicious and unacceptable encroachment on modern civilization. I am convinced that this brutal act will double the energy of the institutions , of the civil society and the global democratic community in its uncompromising fight against terrorism”, writes the president of the National Assembly to her Russian counterparts.
