The National Assembly elected Ivailo Moskovski for the post of Transportation, Information Technologies and Communications Minister. He was sworn in office before the parliament. The deputies accepted the resignation and relieved from duties the former minister Alexander Tsvetkov. The replacement in the cabinet was passed with 105 votes in favor, 42 votes against and 4 abstentions.

At the same sitting the National Assembly terminated the mandate of MP Delian Dobrev(GERB). He was elected as national representative from the 29th multi- mandate constituency of the town of Haskovo. 103 votes were cast in favor, 3 against, 6 deputies abstained. He is to replace Mariy Kosev, who was relieved from the post of Deputy Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism.
