Today the Members of Parliament rejected the non-confidence motion against the government, initiated by the parliamentary groups of Coalition for Bulgaria and Movement for Rights and Freedoms. In favor of the non-confidence were 70 deputies, 124 voted against and two abstained. The members of the Blue Coalition and Ataka parliamentary groups did not partake in the vote.

The motives for the non-confidence vote are the failure of the anti-crisis policies of the government and its negative impact on Bulgarians.
