The Members of Parliament stood for a minute of silence in memory of the victims of the tragic assaults in the Oslo Government Quarter and Utoya Island.

We join all countries that have strongly and resolutely condemned  terrorism as a violent and inadmissible encroachment on democracy and modern civilization, stated the plenary sitting chairman Anastas Anastasov. He went onto express the friendly and human empathy of the Bulgarian parliamentarians to the people of Norway and the families and relatives of the victims.
