By 143 votes "against" the National Assembly voted down the third motion for non-confidence to the Cabinet. 91Members of Parliament voted ‘for’, one abstained. The non-confidence vote motion was submitted by the Movement for Rights and Freedoms and the Coalition for Bulgaria on the motives of “failure of the internal security and public order policy, postponed accession to the Schengen Area, police methods and violation of fundamental human rights”.
