The Parliament approved Lilyana Pavlova as Minister of Regional Development and Public Works by 116 votes ‘for’, 37 ‘against’ and two abstained. Lilyana Pavlova is to take the seat of Rosen Plevneliev who has been nominated as GERB’s candidate for the presidential elections. Immediately after the voting Pavlova took oath before the National Assembly.
Prime Minister Boyko Borissov presented before the Parliament a report on the advancement of topics and dossiers of priority importance to Bulgaria during the Hungarian EU Presidency (January 2011 – June 2011) and the main priorities during the term of the Polish Presidency (July-December 2011).
