Today young Bulgarians have the unique chance to live in a world in which communication is instant, the abundance of information boundless, access to knowledge free and easy like never before. With these words Tsetska Tsacheva launched the plenary sitting on September 15, 2011, which also is the first school day in the country.
On behalf of the members of parliament she wished all schoolchildren to profit at their best from the possibilities presented by the contemporary world and to be sure that knowledge is what will make them strong, respected and dignified. “Knowledge is the best guarantee for success in every undertaking”, she added.
'Whatever we would tell Bulgarian teachers, those who educate and bring up our children, would be little and insufficient. We are grateful, but also in debt to them", noted Tsetska Tsacheva. She wished all students and teachers good health and to experience pride and self-confidence at many instances.
