The parliament has adopted amendment to its Rules of Organization and procedure allowing the establishment of a new parliamentary committee for control over the work of the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission. 77 deputies voted “for” and 15 against, while 2 abstained.
 
The proposal came on the part of the GERB party parliamentary group. The committee will be set up on a parity principle. According to the movers the committee will ensure transparency and provide information to the society.
