National Assembly President
Prof. Ognian Gerdjikov received today the Ambassador of Slovakia H.E. Mr. Jan
Kovac in connection with his final departure from Bulgaria.

Prof.
Gerdjikov gave a high assessment to Mr. Kovac’s contribution to the
development of the political and economic
relations between Bulgaria and Slovakia. The two noted the growing dynamics and
intensive political dialogue of the bilateral relations at all levels. The
official visit of a Bulgarian parliamentary delegation to Slovakia in October
2003 and the working visit of the President of Bulgaria Georgi Parvanov there
in November have confirmed this.
