Mr Krasimit Tsipov is the new Chairman of the Internal Security and Public Order Committee. He was elected to the post after the former Chairman, Mr Anastas Anastasov, became judge to the Constitutional Court.

Mr Plamen Nunev will be Deputy Chairman of the Committee. Mr Roumen Ivanov was released as member of the Human Rights, Religions, Complaints and Citizens’ Petitions Committee. To replace him was elected Mr Todor Georgiev. The changes in the committees were proposed by the head of the GERB parliamentary group, Mr Krasimir Velchev.
