
The position of Bulgaria on the European Union’s agenda during the Irish Presidency of the EU Council was presented by the President of the National Assembly Tsetska Tsacheva. She is on a working visit to Dublin, Ireland, where the 49th session of the parliamentary committees on European Affairs of the EU Member States (COSAC) is taking place.
During its visit to the capital of Ireland the Speaker of the Bulgarian parliament, Tsetska Tsacheva, had held meetings with the Chairman of the Chamber of Representatives in the Irish Parliament, Sean Barrett, with the Deputy Chairman of the European Commission and EU Commissioner on the Inter-Institutional Affairs and Administration, Marosh Shevchovic, and with members of the Foreign Affairs Policy and European Affairs Committee in the Irish Parliament.
During the talks Tsetska Tsacheva confirmed that Bulgaria fully supports the commitment of the Irish Presidency to work for a more stable Europe, creating more conditions for economic growth and employment.
