The President of the National Assembly, Mihail Mikov, has sent condolatory letters to the Speaker of the Senate, Krin Antonescu and to the President of the Chamber of Deputies of Romania, Valeriu Zgonea. The letters read as follows:

“I am deeply grieved  by the news of the terrible crash in Montenegro that killed many people, your compatriots. Please accept my deepest condolences. Please allow me to render my personal and on behalf of Bulgaria’s 42nd National Assembly and all Bulgarian people sincerest and friendly sympathy and solidarity.”

“Bulgaria mourns with you and shares your heartache caused by the tragic accident. I truly believe that thanks to the timely efforts of the authorities, the medical and rescue teams, the life of the injured will be saved” writes the parliament’s president in the letters.
