The 3rd Session of the 42nd National Assembly has started today. Lawmakers have voted the weekly agenda. It foresees amendments to the Credit Institutions Act. At first reading considered will be bills amending the Defense Against Discrimination Act, the Wine and Alcoholic Beverages Act; at second reading the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act and the Arms and Dual-Use Items and Technologies Export Control Act. The members of parliament will listen the report of the ad hoc committee of inquiry into the facts and data revealed publicly about violations committed by the Anti-Corruption and Conflict of Interests parliamentary committee and will vote a resolution on the report.
The weekly agenda includes also second reading of the Bill on Limiting Climate Changes and report by the Committee on Interaction with Civic Organizations and Movements, as well as reports of the state Commission for Establishing of Property Acquired from Criminal Activity for 2011 and 2012.
