No-confidence vote in the Government was rejected by the Parliament

Today the National Assembly voted the submitted by the Parliamentary Group of Coalition for Bulgaria motion of no-confidence in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria with Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg Gotha.
With 93 votes in favour, 126 votes against and 3 abstentions, the National Assembly rejected the motion of no-confidence.
The motion was submitted on 4 March 2004 on grounds of "social irresponsibility of the Government".
The debates on the no-confidence motion were held on 11 March 2004.
