The amendments in the 2014 State Budget Act were adopted with 123 votes. Against voted 42 deputies. The number of lawmakers who abstained was 41. The bill foresees taking new loans at the amount of 4, 5 billion levs until the end of this year.  Some 3 billion levs are to be borrowed from the international markets.

The lawmakers have passed also at first reading the Bill amending and supplementing the 2014 National Health Insurance Fund Budget Act.

Two hundred and five deputies took part in the voting. Among them 169 have voted in favor of the proposed update of the 2014 budget of the NHIF, 8 voted against, 27 abstained.
