The National Assembly has passed at second reading the 2015 State Budget Act of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Parliament has passed also the 2015 National Health Insurance Fund Budget Act and the 2015 State Social Security Budget Act.

Before the adoption of the State Budget Act for 2015, the finance minister Vladislav Goranov noted this was not the perfect budget, but rather the one feasible. In his view the voted budget ensures the “unclogging” of the EU funds and the utmost possible social balance, provides perspective. It gives a positive outlook and the state affairs will go on with lesser resources but more effectively, Minister Vladislav Goranov added.
