Parliament elects Rumiana Bachvarova as Interior Minister with 139 “yes” votes, 68 “against” and one abstention.

The Parliament has elected Rumiana Bachvarova as Interior Minister with 139 “yes” votes, 68 “against” and one abstention.
The lawmakers discharged Veselin Vuchkov from his position as Interior Minister. The reshuffle in the cabinet, proposed by the Premier Boyko Borisov, was prompted by Vuchkov’s resignation.
