Bulgaria offers one of the most favorable tax breaks for foreign investments but the business needs more stability and predictability as well as a working judicial system, stated the Chair of the 43rd National Assembly Tsetska Tsacheva at the opening of the new factory for cables for the automotive industry, “Electric Cable Bulgaria” in the city of Pleven. In her words, projects like this one are much needed in Bulgaria in order to boost economic growth and employment. She underscored that the state makes a lot of efforts to ensure such projects and to establish good interaction with the local and regional administrations.
In her inauguration address, the chair of parliament noticed that the short terms in which the enterprise had been built were impressive. The employment expected to be generated by the enterprise is 600 persons. Tsetska Tsacheva expressed hope that the newly opened enterprise will attract highly qualified employees and professionals and thus help improving the image of the city of Pleven.
The event was attended also by the Deputy Minister of Economy Luben Petrov, the Mayor of Pleven – Prof. Dimiter Stoykov and the Regional Governor Ralitsa Dobreva.
“Electric Cable Bulgaria” in Pleven was constructed on 5000 sq. m and the surface could be extended twice.
