A new UN Security Council resolution on Iraq is needed

National Assembly Vice-President Lyuben Kornezov met with a delegation of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia led by its Chairman N. Jantsan.
The Bulgarian position on Iraq is that a new resolution of the United Nations Security Council on Iraq is needed, Lyuben Kornezov said in the course of the meeting. In addition to the military decision, a political one should be sought, he stated.
The situation of the five Bulgarian nurses sentenced to death in Libya on HIV infection charges was among the subjects under discussion with the Mongolian delegation.
The relations between Bulgaria and Mongolia are fruitful and rising and political contacts in the last two years are intensive, was mentioned during the meeting. National Assembly Vice-President Kornezov added that the potential of the trade and economic relations has not been enough developed.
