The Chairperson of the National Assembly Tsetska Tsacheva presented honorary certificates to three employees of Parliament for their fast and selfless response to the incident on 1 April 2016, when a man put on fire a vehicle of the National Assembly near the Parliament building.

The employee of Automobile Support and Garages Directorate Kiril Panayotov prevented the spread of the fire and his colleagues Georgi Milkov and Alexandar Somov caught the perpetrator and turned him over to the competent authorities.
The certificates were presented to the employees for their courage and selfless response. The Chairperson of the National Assembly Tsetska Tsacheva thanked them for the fast and prompt response, for their courage and heart and said that it is an honour and privilege for her to work with such employees.
