The President of Parliament Tsetska Tsacheva sent letters of condolences to the German President of Bundesrat Stanislaw Tillich, the President of Bundestag Norbert Lammert and to the President of Landtag of the State of Bavaria Barbara Stamm.

The President of Bulgarian Parliament strongly condemns the brutal act in Munich and defines it as unacceptable violence against innocent citizens. This barbarian act is a serious harm against freedom and the values of democracy and tolerance, writes Tsetska Tsacheva.

“At this moment more than ever we have to be united in our common European solidarity.  We have to be even more uncompromising to the challenges of today”, the letters of condolences read.

The President of the National Assembly expresses sympathy with and extends her sincere condolences to the families and relatives of the victims and the injured.
