26/10/2017
The National Assembly held a minute of silence in respect to the flood victims in the region of Burgas. The MPs expressed deep condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims.
At the beginning of the plenary session Speaker of the Parliament Dimitar Glavchev said that our country grieved for the flood victims in the region of Burgas, while the municipality of Kameno announced a day of mourning in memory of the victims.
We understand the grief and pain of the families of the victims and would like to assure them that they are not alone in those moments of suffering, emphasised the Speaker of the Parliament. He expressed sincere sympathies with all who lived in the disaster-affected areas.
The most important thing at the moment is that we, the public and local authorities, and the citizens coordinate our efforts to deal with the consequences of the flood, said Dimitar Glavchev.
The National Assembly began their work by first reading of the Bill to amend the Act Restricting Administrative Regulation and Administrative Control over Economic Activity.
