Children from Father Paisius 1930 cultural centre greeted MPs and guests of Parliament on the occasion of the upcoming Christmas holidays. They were welcomed by Speaker of Parliament Tsveta Karayancheva, who thanked them for bringing the Christmas spirit with them. The second graders performed two poems: “Stani, Nine, gospodine” and “Koledna blagosloviya”.

Children’s instructor Iliana Vluchkova said that since the Bulgarian National Revival, cultural centres had been intellectual centres which kept traditions alive. As long as there is continuity between generations, there will be a future for Bulgaria, she added.
