Speaker of Parliament Tsveta Karayancheva has expressed her sincere condolences for the plane crash near Moscow. She has sent letters of condolence to Chair of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko and Chair of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
