Speaker of Parliament Tsveta Karayancheva sent letters of condolence in connection with the tragic incident in Kemerovo to Valentina Matviyenko, Chair of the Federation Council, and Vyacheslav Volodin, Chair of the State Duma.

“We were devastated by the news about the death of so many citizens, among whom children. On behalf of the MPs from the 44th National Assembly and myself, I would like to express my sympathy and condolence to the families and relatives of the dead. We all mourn for the victims with you and share the pain caused by this great tragedy”, wrote Tsveta Karayancheva.
