By 1 October 2018, the Minister of Energy should present in Parliament information about the technical state and operational suitability of heating plants across the country. The decision was taken by the Parliament after discussing the query of MPs from the BSP to Minister Temenuzhka Petkova about the policy of the Ministry of Energy on heating supply.

During the discussion, MPs from different parliamentary groups agreed on the need of changes to improve the heating supply service.

At the beginning of the plenary sitting, Elena Aksieva from VOLYA took the oath of allegiance to the National Assembly. She replaced MP Nina Mitkova.
