The National Assembly adopted:
1. RESOLUTION ON THE PRE-TERM DISCHARGE OF A VICE-CHAIRMAN OF THE FINANCIAL SURVEILLANCE COMMITTEE.
2. RESOLUTION ON EXTENSION OF THE TERM OF OFFICE OF THE AD-HOC COMMITTEE ON INVESTIGATING THE DATA RELATED TO THE TRAGIC ACCIDENT IN THE LIM RIVER.
3. RATIFICATION ACT OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA AND THE SUPREME HEADQUARTERS ALLIED POWERS EUROPE AND THE HEADQUARTERS, SUPREME ALLIED COMMANDER TRANSFORMATION REGARDING THE PROVISION OF HOST NATION SUPPORT FOR THE EXECUTION OF NATO OPERATIONS AND EXERCISES.
4. AMENDING BILLS TO THE VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, submitted by Petar Zhotev and a group of MPs on 29.09.2004; by Council of Ministers on 11.10.2004; by Anastasia Moser and a group of MPs on 13.10.2004 – at first reading.
The first reading of the amending bills to the Taxation of the Income of Natural Persons Act started.
