Parliament further considered the Political Parties Act, adopted by the National Assembly on 18.12.2004 and returned by a Presidential Decree No 376 pursuant to Article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria. The act so returned did not pass again by Parliament.

MPs adopted a resolution on the establishment of an ad-hoc committee on inspecting the intergovernmental agreements on loans extended by Bulgaria to third world countries – the origin, purposes and date of the loans, the countries to which they were extended and the actions of the governments following 1990 on their repayment.
