The National Assembly adopted:
1. CRISIS MANAGEMENT ACT.
2. THE CONTESTED PARTICULAR PROVISION OF THE REGULATION OF WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE SERVICES ACT, adopted by the National Assembly on 13.01.2005 and returned by a Presidential Decree No 13 pursuant to Article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria.
